"Un Message, Evidemment" is an experiment in open source media, which allows for multiple authors creating countless stories using the same footage. This helps to break down the notion of authorship and opens the door to anyone to create a film, regardless of experience. As part of Carleton’s “Campus Canvas,” artist and Professor Robert Lawrence arrived on campus to involve Carleton students in this new, experimental film.
In this segment, watch how Carleton students contributed to this new type of filmmaking.
